Service and commissioning of laser, vacuum deposition systems, gas and vacuum systems and other equipment for microelectronic industries.
Preparation and analysis of technical specifications for the development or modernization of industrial machines. Selection of components, development of non-standard devices (where required), programming, preparation of documentation, commissioning, service, technical consultations, training of customer's specialists.
Development of data collection and analysis hardware and software systems for debugging production equipment, automation tests, data visualization at Labview.
Development of software for controlling technological equipment (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
Windows Server set up. Assembling PCs. 1C + MS SQL setup.
Setting up different devices in vacuum and laser machines. Electric DIO and AIO, vacuum and pressure air faults finding.
Reading, writing documents and e-mails in English. Fluent speaking English.
Hydraulic, electric, vacuum, pneumatic scheme reading. Selecting electric components for the machines.
Environments and programming languages: ISAGRAF (Rockwell Automation, ICPDAS), IEC (IEC) 61131-3 (FBD, LD, ST, SFC) using communication protocols RS-485, RS-232, Ethernet, Profibus, Devicenet.
LabVIEW, C / C ++, writing drivers for communicating with devices using various protocols.
Equipment: KYKY, Edwards, Adenso, Advanced Energy, VAT, ICPDAS, SMC, Huber, Wago, Weintek, Adfweb, Delta Electronics, Arduino, Siemens (S7-1200), Bosch Rexroth (MPC-02).
